The materials appearing on Tiker could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Tiker does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Tiker may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Tiker grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute content you create on the platform, subject to this agreement. You retain ownership of your content.
If you create an account on Tiker, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Tiker immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Users may create, publish, and sell projects on Tiker. You represent that your projects comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights. Tiker takes a commission on monetized projects as specified in your account settings.
Mentorship sessions and collaborations are between users. Tiker facilitates these connections but is not responsible for disputes. All transactions are subject to dispute resolution procedures.
Payments for premium features and monetized projects are processed by our payment partners. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Refund policies are detailed at the point of purchase.
Tiker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tiker, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Tiker reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Tiker reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
